The Old Settlers of Harvey County Program Collection contains images of the Programs from 1899-1908 that were printed as souvenirs of the popular and well attended Old Settlers Picnic.
Each year’s Program not only outlines the upcoming events for that year’s picnic but also contains pictures and stories of Halstead’s “Old Settlers” who were our first settlers in Harvey County.
The Programs are a wonderful source of information on Harvey County businesses that have used this venue to advertise their services.
